Beaton Rettich Waters is a deeply skilled team creating value at the intersection of systems, people, and processes. We have decades of experience supporting organizations with complex challenges across Canada and in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, construction and building trades, agriculture, and First Nations. We are growing, and currently have colleagues in Victoria, Kelowna, and Toronto.
We provide assessments and analyses, and we deliver software systems implementation, organizational change (management practices, succession, talent development and coaching, org structure re-design), and process improvement in industrial, agricultural, finance, administration, and community environments.
